Casablanca Express - Misrepresentation of supposedly free travel packages
First, I was offered a free stay at a resort in Hawaii with free air. Turned out this was travel midnight Sunday and return Wednesday early morning and stay at a 1-star hotel.
I was offered upgrade that would allow me to travel better times and stay at a 4-star resort for $1500/person. When I declined, I was supposed to have been mailed the total of $200 checks that I had sent for processing. A few weeks later, someone called asking feedback which I did. He then offered me a 2-night stay in Las Vegas, which I understood to be free.
When the confirmation letter, it turned out that I was actually paying $108 for that; and which they had deducted from my refund. As of date, I have not received my refund.
Latest is that $100 was mailed to me on 11/14; and when I complained that I had actually not agreed to buying the Las Vegas package, I will be refunded the $108 and to expect it in 2-4 weeks. THIS IS A SLEAZY MARKETING PROMO!!!!
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
