We upgraded our promotional travel to the 4 day, 3 night stay in Orlando, FL. We were told the upgrade cost was $444 with no other hidden fees.

We were charged $624. I called and talked to the rep David, who got us a refund... supposed to be in the amount of $180. Well, the refund we received was only $110.

I called David back who said that he would talk to the manager and fix this and get us the additional $70 refund. After that, he never answered my calls or returned my messages. I called just about every other day for 2 weeks. I finally gave up.

We arrived in Orlando, FL and when we got to the "resort," I was told that I had to pay an additional fee of $7/night PLUS TAX to stay because that was some kind of arrangement the "resort" had with Casablanca express. Casablanca representatives NEVER shared that information with me, David specifically said "no other hidden fees." We get to our room, and the accommodations were disgusting! The "resort" was nothing more than a 2-star MOTEL room. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website.

The amenities were terrible. The TV was small, the beds were only full-size, the tub was brown on the bottom from dirt and scum, and when my daughter spilled water on the floor in the bedroom and I cleaned it with a towel the towel was BLACK with dirt. Our feet even got black from the dirt on the floor!!! The room seems like it has not been updated in decades.

There were only 3 outlets, 1 of which that didn't work AT ALL. I am VERY disappointed and disgruntled with Casablanca Express and I will NEVER allow any of my friends to take a promotional vacation through them or attend the ridiculous timeshare presentation for this "FREE GIFT" which cost us a fortune.
